The typefaces are hosted on our own site: opening the page does not make your browser request them from a third-party service. On traffic measurement, which uses cookies and only happens if you accept it, see the cookie policy.
3. Why we process it
We use this data only to:
- answer your request and get back to you about it;
- prepare and send you a proposal;
- set up a trial domain, if you ask for one.
We do not use it for newsletters, promotional communications or profiling, and we do not share it with third parties.
4. Legal basis
The processing is necessary to follow up on your request. If you make it for yourself, it is a pre-contractual measure taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you write on behalf of an organization, it is based on our legitimate interest in replying to the requests we receive and in managing our contacts with the organization you represent (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); in this case you can object to the processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR).
5. How it reaches us
When you submit the form, the data goes to our backend, hosted on infrastructure in the European Union, where the request is recorded; from there it is forwarded to us by email at info@quantum2pi.com. If sending fails, the page tells you and offers to let you write to us directly.
6. Who can see it
- Quantum2Pi staff handling sales requests.
- The providers of the email services we use, acting as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR).
- Back4App, which hosts the backend where the request is recorded (data on infrastructure in the European Union; the company operating it is based in the United States).
- Google, limited to traffic measurement and only if you have accepted it (cookie policy). The form data is not sent to them.
The data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area only in the cases and with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (Chapter V), such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission or the Standard Contractual Clauses. To find out which safeguards apply, or to obtain a copy, write to info@quantum2pi.com.
7. How long we keep it
- If no contract follows the request: 12 months from the last contact, after which the data is deleted.
- If a contract follows: for the duration of the relationship and for the time required by legal obligations.
8. Your rights
You can exercise, at any time, the rights provided for in Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Write to info@quantum2pi.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
10. Changes
Any updates will be published on this page along with the relevant date.
